Introduction to Chinese Calligraphy

Dr. Les Young led a class in-person and on-line to a group of enthusiastic students on the fundamentals of Chinese calligraphy. He was supported by Diane Jacobus, Dr. Mary Barton, Susan Redfield, Wendy Le, Ann Heusser, Trish Tsao, Eduardo Vargas, Ruth Woesner, James Le, and Scott Young. The Port of Long Beach generously sponsored the event so it was available at no cost to all participants. The Chinese consulate donated plush pandas for the participants. Freddie Navas (纳智杰) directed his crew (Frank and Mike) to document the event.
