"Long Beach and Qingdao connected like never before" said LBQA Chair Larry Uyeda, "when the two cities united to celebrate their 25th anniversary and brought here 24 young Qingdao dancers, their teachers and 10 of their parents! In addition, a delegation of Qingdao officials, headed by Ms. Luan Jingqiu, Vice-Chair of the Qingdao People's Congress came to celebrate. It was a spectacular way to deepen our friendship."


The Long Beach-Qingdao Association's 25th Anniversary Gala was a great success with proceeds from the evening benefiting the scholarship and education programs of the LBQA. We hope you can join us for our next event.
